Learning Objectives

After completing this unit, you'll be able to:

  • Understand the business scenario.
  • Set up a fresh Trailhead Playground.

The Scenario

Mountain Ridge Outfitters sells outdoor gear and wants routine updates automated. You build flows that keep orders, follow-up tasks, and customer records in sync.

Note
Use a new Trailhead Playground for this superbadge. Reusing an org you've customized can cause challenge checks to fail.

Before You Start

Complete these first:

  • Flow Builder basics
  • Record-triggered flows

Then install the Mountain Ridge Outfitters package from the link in the resources and confirm its custom objects appear in your org.
