Create a Screen Flow

Build the Screen

Screen flows guide a user through a form. In this step you build one that collects a support request.

1. From Setup, enter Flows in Quick Find and click New Flow.
2. Choose Screen Flow and click Create.
3. Add a Screen element named Request Details with a Text field Subject and a Long Text Area field Description.

Create the Record

1. After the screen, add a Create Records element named Create Case.
2. Set the object to Case and map Subject and Description from the screen fields.
3. Save the flow as Request Intake.
