Run and Activate the Flow

Run the Flow

Run the flow in debug mode first so you can see each element execute before anyone else uses it.

1. In Flow Builder, click Debug, then Run.
2. Enter a subject and description and click Finish.
3. Confirm the debug log shows the Case was created.

Activate the Flow

1. Click Activate.
2. Add the flow to a Lightning page with the Flow component so users can find it.
